← A-Level
A-Level History pairs a broad breadth study with a more tightly focused depth study, and — while options differ by school — a small set of periods dominates actual teaching: Tudor England, Tsarist and Communist Russia, Germany 1918–45, and the Cold War. Materials build the factual command, causation and extended-writing practice that source, interpretation and essay questions depend on, across these widely taught options.
A levels are awarded by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas and CCEA, and regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA Regulation, the regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Zestly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ofqual, UCAS or any awarding body. These materials are our own and reproduce no past-paper content.
