← A-Level
A-Level Physics covers measurements and their errors, particles and radiation, waves, mechanics and materials, electricity, further mechanics, thermal physics, fields (gravitational, electric and magnetic), and nuclear physics (grouped here as in the AQA specification; other boards organise the same content differently), with optional modules such as astrophysics or medical physics offered by some boards. Questions build on GCSE physics with heavier mathematical content and multi-step derivations.
A levels are awarded by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas and CCEA, and regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA Regulation, the regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Zestly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ofqual, UCAS or any awarding body. These materials are our own and reproduce no past-paper content.
