GCSE Biology: Digestion and Enzymes

This GCSE Biology revision lesson covers the human digestive system and the enzymes that drive it. The stomach's own acidity is explained functionally — it kills ingested bacteria and provides the low pH that stomach protease (pepsin) needs to work.
